Sale Methods of the State Supply Office
Sales by the State Supply Office are in principle made once the price of the goods and materials requested by the customer has been paid into the Office's accounts in advance. Where the Board of Directors considers it appropriate, sales may also take the following forms: sale on credit, where the price is collected subsequently; campaign sales, where reduced prices are applied for limited periods on particular products; and promotional sales, where goods are given free of charge with the purchase of particular products in a given quantity or amount.
