Sale (Sale of Public Immovable Property)

The transfer through the land registry, to private and legal persons and having regard to the interests of the State, of immovable property belonging to departments within the general budget, annexed budget administrations, special provincial administrations and municipalities. In such sales, the location, boundaries, area and, where applicable, the sheet, block and parcel numbers and the condition of the property according to the land registry records must be specified in the specifications. No performance bond is taken in cash sales, and no contract is required.
