Service Competence Certificate

Having regard to the organisational structure, planning activities and responsibilities underlying the service competence certificate, it is not required in tenders for services carried out in contracting authorities' own service buildings, excluding assembly, maintenance and repair services carried out there, or in tenders where by their nature it is not appropriate, such as personnel and student transport, vehicle rental, vocational training, and meeting and organisation services. It is likewise not required in private security tenders.
