Signature of the Contract

The tenderer determined as having submitted the economically most advantageous tender is invited to contract through EKAP. The documents to be submitted before the contract is signed are sent by the tenderer through EKAP, signed with an electronic signature, within ten days following the date of service of the invitation letter, with twelve days added to that period for foreign tenderers. Those of the documents that cannot be accessed through EKAP or through integrations are uploaded to EKAP.
