Site Daily Log

The site daily log is kept daily once the site has been handed over and work has commenced under a works contract. It is signed by the construction supervision officers and the contractor. It records the weather, the hours worked, the progress of the work, matters impeding it, the quantity of work performed, installations and preparatory materials, the types and quantities of materials consumed daily that are subject to price differences, whether the technical personnel required on site were present, and the workers employed and vehicles used.
