State Procurement Law No. 2886

A law governing the conduct of tenders for sale, lease, exchange and the creation of rights in rem other than ownership by departments within the general budget, annexed budget administrations, special provincial administrations and municipalities. Tender notices are published in the Official Gazette, in national and local newspapers and on the websites of official institutions.
