Under the General Specifications for Works, the sub-index means, among the indices published monthly by the Turkish Statistical Institute, the relevant index by sub-sector in the historical series table of the Domestic Producer Price Index (2003=100) by CPA 2008 sections, divisions and groups, and in the table of selected CPA 2008 classes of that index; and, for labour rates, the General Consumer Price Index.
