Supervision Body

A person or commission appointed by the contracting authority to supervise the works, or a real or legal person or persons appointed from outside the authority to carry out those duties. All works subject to a contract are carried out by the contractor under the supervision of the supervision body appointed by the contracting authority. The contractor carries out all works in accordance with the instructions of the supervision body, provided that they are not contrary to the provisions of the contract and its annexes.
