Supervision of Works

While the contractor manages and carries out the works made the subject of a contract, the supervision of those operations is carried out by the construction supervision officer appointed by the contracting authority. The fact that work has been carried out under such supervision does not, however, remove the contractor's obligations and responsibility to carry out the work it has undertaken wholly in accordance with the projects, the contract and specifications, and the rules of the art.
