Supervision Unit

The consultant or supervision unit appointed and authorised to represent the contracting authority on site, which checks the performance of the work and whether the materials used are of the quality required by the projects and specifications. It denotes the technical staff appointed and authorised to work in carrying out that duty, namely the supervising engineer, the supervising officer, the supervision chief, the supervision body and their assistants.
