Technical Personnel

The engineers, specialists and other persons notified by the contractor to the contracting authority and, once approved, required to be kept on site in accordance with the work programme, in the numbers and with the titles specified in the contract. Their names and documents, comprising the diploma, the professional chamber registration certificate and the undertaking obtained from a notary, are submitted to the authority within ten days of the date of handover of the site, together with the notification of the technical personnel.
