Technical Specifications (Direct Procurements)

The technical specifications prepared in direct procurements are the document containing the detailed descriptions and measurements of the work. Preparing technical specifications is not compulsory in such procurements. By preparing them, however, contracting authorities can describe the product, service or work fully and determine its quality appropriately. Technical specifications in direct procurements should be prepared specifically for the procurement and shared with prospective tenderers before tenders are submitted.
