Tender Procedures Carried Out Through EKAP

Tenders subject to Law No. 4734 and the related procedures, tenders held within the scope of an exemption, direct procurements, all tenders outside the scope of the Law and the related contracts are conducted through EKAP. Work experience certificates are issued through EKAP by the competent institutions and organisations. Work completion certificates relating to works undertaken abroad under a contract containing a price for the public or private sector are recorded on EKAP by the Authority.
