Tender Validity Period

The date, determined by the contracting authority, until which tenders submitted remain valid from the date of the tender. Tenderers remain bound by their tenders throughout the tender validity period. Contracting authorities must therefore calculate the period having regard to the estimated time for evaluation, the periods for applications, and the time until the tender is concluded and the contract signed.
