The Contractor's Duty of Notification
In works, the contractor must notify the contracting authority in writing, within fifteen days from the date of delivery or of receiving the instruction, of any contrary view that the projects and/or specifications given to it, the site or materials delivered, or the instruction given, are contrary to the provisions of the contract and its annexes or do not conform to the rules of the art. In works whose examination may take longer, that period may be extended at the contractor's request; if it is exceeded, the right of objection is lost.
