The Decision Session of the Tender Commission (Second Session)

The decision session, or second session, is held after the first session at which the tenders were opened and the basic formal checks carried out. It is the stage at which the tender commission convenes in full, examines and assesses the tenders in closed session, and formulates its reasoned decision on the outcome of the tender. In that session, tenderers whose documents were found incomplete in the first session, or whose tender letter or bid bond was found not to conform, are excluded from the evaluation.
