The First Session of the Tender Commission
The first session is the initial, public stage at which the commission opens the tenders at the tender hour stated in the tender notice and the administrative specifications. In that session the number of tenders submitted is first recorded and announced to those present; the tender envelopes are then examined in the order of receipt, and envelopes not conforming to the legislation are recorded and excluded from the evaluation. Conforming envelopes are opened before the tenderers and those present, and the tenderers and the tender prices are announced.
