Threshold Value Coefficient

The coefficient used in determining the threshold value in works tenders, taken as 1.00 for works in groups B (superstructure or building works), C (sanitary and mechanical installation works), D (electrical works) and E (electronic and communications works) of the Communiqué on Similar Work Groups in Works, and for related completion, repair, drilling, demolition, strengthening and assembly works, and as 1.20 for other works. Where the works subject to the tender include parts subject to different coefficients, the coefficient is determined accordingly.
