Treasury Immovable Property That May Not Be Leased

Immovable property allocated to public services and used for the purpose of that allocation, excluding commercial units within such property such as kiosks, canteens and tea rooms; immovable property within the scope of Shore Law No. 3621 whose lease is sought for purposes other than those specified in that Law; immovable property within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Cultural and Natural Property No. 2863 that the Ministry of Culture and Tourism does not consider suitable for lease; and national parks, nature parks, natural monuments and nature reserves under Law No. 2873.
