Treasury Immovable Property That May Not Be Sold

Immovable property in the private ownership of the Treasury that cannot be sold. These are immovable property under the authority and disposal of the State, places allocated to a public service, immovable property situated on the shore, forests and pastures, immovable property whose intended use under the development plan has the character of a public service, such as parks and green areas, and immovable property within municipal and adjacent area boundaries but outside a master or implementation development plan.
