TS 13111 Urban Cleaning Service Competence Certificate

TS 13111 is a Turkish Standard concerning the conduct of urban cleaning services in accordance with defined criteria as to service organisation, personnel, equipment, vehicles, work processes and application. The service competence certificate based on that standard shows that the workplace providing urban cleaning services is able to provide services in accordance with it. In public procurement it is significant in particular in the cleaning and waste collection service procurements of municipalities.
