TS 8985 Standard for Catering Factories and Mass Catering Kitchens

TS 8985 is a Turkish Standard concerning the conformity of catering factories and mass catering kitchens with defined standards as to their structural characteristics, operating rules, employees, technical equipment and service conditions. The service competence certificate based on that standard shows that the workplace providing food production and mass catering services is able to provide services in accordance with it.
