Works Contractor Authorisation Certificate

The authorisation certificate number issued by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change to real or legal persons wishing to undertake the construction of structures subject to a building permit, so that they may lawfully carry out contracting activity, and showing that they are registered in the information system for works contractors. It is an official document providing for the registration and classification of contractors and the monitoring of their activities.
