Announcement published on obtaining electronic bid bonds through the Takasbank public guarantee management platform

The Takasbank public guarantee management platform, enabling electronic bid bonds submitted in tenders under Public Procurement Law No 4734 to be transmitted through Istanbul Settlement and Custody Bank, went live on 1 September 2021.
