Important amendments to the secondary legislation on service procurement published

Amendments were made by the Official Gazette of 30 July 2025 to the Service Procurement Tenders Implementation Regulation and to the standard and general specifications for service procurement under the Public Procurement Law. Those amendments enter into force on 1 September 2025.
