Important amendments to the secondary legislation on supply procurement published (30 July 2025)

Amendments were made by the Official Gazette of 30 July 2025 to the Supply Procurement Tenders Implementation Regulation and the standard specification for supply procurement under the Public Procurement Law. Those amendments enter into force on 1 September 2025.
