The Public Procurement Authority has clarified the third paragraph of provisional Article 6 of Law No 4735 on additional price adjustment and termination of contracts

By decision No 2023/DK.D-48 of 22 February 2023, the Public Procurement Authority published an announcement resolving doubts as to the principles governing the application of provisional Article 6 of Public Procurement Contracts Law No 4735.
