The Public Procurement Authority has published an important announcement on querying the tax debts of tenderers

Under the Implementation Regulation on the Electronic Conduct of Public Procurement, which entered into force on 1 August 2025, in tenders advertised or announced on or after 1 August 2025 social security premium and tax debt queries are to be carried out by contracting authorities at the stage when bids are opened.
