Very important changes that contracting firms must follow have been made to our procurement system

The Public Procurement Authority announcement on the Implementation Regulation on the Electronic Conduct of Public Procurement, which enters into force on 1 August 2025, has been published. The announcement introduces significant changes to the procurement system.
