Whether insurance costs may be claimed from the contractor where the contract is terminated by the contracting authority
By decision No 2023/DK.D-56 of 1 March 2023, the Public Procurement Board addressed termination of the contract by the contracting authority for reasons such as the contractor's failure to comply with the terms of the contract, and termination under provisional Article 4 of Public Procurement Contracts Law No 4735 on the liquidation or transfer of contracts.
