Those amendments enter into force on 1 September 2025.

- 23 June 2025The Constitutional Court has annulled the provision that the Authority's share, collected from the contractor at a rate of five per ten thousand of the contract price, “shall not be refunded in any circumstances”Article 53 of Law No 4734, headed “Public Procurement Authority”, provides in subparagraph (j) that the Authority's revenues include amounts collected from contracts concluded in respect of tenders held under the Law where the price exceeds a stated threshold.

How that registration is carried out is set out in the Electronic Procurement Implementation Regulation.
